At vc55, players can reach 5 VIP tiers based on their play history and loyalty. Tier progression is not based on published turnover figures and is determined at vc55's discretion.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is paid once a week based on the player's net loss during the period set by vc55. Cashback funds are also handled in accordance with vc55's bonus policy.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc55 platform:

• Attempting to hack into another player's account
• Registering with false player information to fraudulently obtain a bonus
• Using any kind of bot, macro, or automation software
• Conducting money laundering
• Threatening or abusing vc55 staff or other players
• Attempting to exploit platform software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

If vc55 detects any of the above activities, the player's account will be suspended and remaining balances may be frozen or seized. vc55's decision shall be considered final and binding.
